Funny Things To Do While Waiting In a Restaurant

Have you ever waited in a restaurant for your order or even to be seated and it seemed like the wait lasted forever? If you answered yes to this question, then you probably thought of things you could do to make the wait go by faster. Next time you are in a situation in a restaurant where it seems like it is taking an eternity to get your order or to even just get a seat, here is a list of 18 things that you can do to pass the time. 1. If you are at the table and already have your drinks, ball up the straw wrappers and try to fling them across the table. 2. If you are waiting for a seat, stand up and say, "Random dancing!" and begin dancing like a lunatic. 3. Say that you need to go out to the car to get something. Once you get to the car, start honking the horn really loud and blast the stereo in the car. If someone sees, shout, "Party time!" 4. "Accidentally" knock over the salt and/or pepper shakers and shout, "Oh No! I get bad luck!" 5. If you have a plate from a roll or an appetizer, try to make draw animals, flowers, etc. using condiments. If someone sees, say, "Food art!" 6. Blow bubbles in your drink. 7. Turn on your MP3 player or iPod and blast the music really loud. 8. If you are waiting for a seat, say to someone else in your party that when you get seated that you are going to order one of everything on the menu. Convince the rest of your party to do the same. 9. Start an argument with another customer about something totally absurd. 10. Have an arm wrestling contest with other people in your party. 11. People watch and then whisper or say quietly say ridiculous comments to someone else in your party. 12. Sing Bad Day by Daniel Powter obnoxiously loud so that others can hear. 13. Excuse yourself to go to the restrooms and don't come out for 30 minutes- 1 hour. 14. Argue with another customer why (your choice) TV show is the best ever made. 15. Leave your seat or spot on the waiting bench and go take pictures and/or videos with other people in the restaurant and put them on a blog. 16. Pretend to fall asleep at the table. Before you put you head down, say, "Wake me up when it's over." 17. With your cell phone, start playing ringtones, sounds, etc. 18. Have a drinking contest on how fast can the other people in your party can drink their whole drink first.
